Cart and checkout
A cart cookie connects this browser to your saved selection. We store the selected equipment, quantities, prices and order status. Stripe collects your payment and contact details on its checkout page. Our website receives your name, email, telephone number and payment confirmation; it does not store your complete card number or card security code.
Order and collection messages
We use your email to send payment confirmation and, for collection orders, a ready-to-collect notice. For delivery orders, we use your contact details to coordinate dispatch and resolve order questions. Transactional email is processed by our email delivery provider. Website hosting, order storage, payment and email providers process the information needed to provide those services, which may involve overseas systems.
Access and questions
For delivery orders, we use the delivery address and recipient contact details to prepare and arrange dispatch. Staff order emails include the details needed to fulfil the order and are sent to our dispatch inbox. We share necessary information with the courier selected to deliver your order. The address, booking reference and any shipping label are kept with the order for fulfilment and support.
