Your equipment order
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Review your model, lens, colour, quantity and selected extras before paying. A charge marked “once per configuration” covers the selected extras once for that cart line. Installation is a separate service and is not included in an equipment order unless explicitly listed.
Secure payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment receipt records the equipment and amount paid. If a payment is interrupted, return to the saved checkout to resume it or check its status. Contact us if a charge appears but your order is not confirmed.
Free showroom collection
Collect from 12 Stelvio Close, Lynbrook VIC 3975. Opening hours are Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm and Saturday 9 am–1 pm; closed Sunday. Online stock quantities are not tracked. Payment does not mean your equipment is immediately ready. Wait for the separate ready-to-collect email before travelling and bring your order reference. We contact you if availability affects your order.
Changes, faults and order support
For an order change, cancellation, incorrect item or product fault, contact the showroom with your order reference and the affected model. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply. Nothing in these terms excludes those rights.
